First aid equipment

To comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA), all personal details entered in accident report books must be kept confidential. This accident report book has been redesigned to meet the regulations with individual accident report forms which can be removed and stored securely. Under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 it is recommended that records of all cases treated should be made and kept in a safe place, eg alongside first aid equipment. They should always be available. This book is your recording device. Please keep it in a safe readily accessible place as recommended in the Regulations.

1-10 and 11-20 man first aid kit. Required in any work premises by law.
