Fast reliable delivery

Order by 3pm and we will get items stocked in our warehouse to you within 2 to 3 working days! For items not stocked by us, eg; Counters & cabinetry, delivery will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Order after 3pm and we will get your order to you as quickly as we can …..direct to your door! AM/priority deliveries can be arranged, please call for a carriage quote.

Delivery

Eden Shop Equipment will only be held liable for damaged goods when signed for ‘received damaged’. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence of any contract, nor shall the company be under any liability for any delay beyond the company’s control.
Damages/short delivery – must be notified within 2 working days (please sign for all goods unexamined).
Off loading – the buyer will be deemed responsible for providing facilities for off-loading delivery vehicles.

Returns

Returned goods will be subject to a handling charge and will only be accepted if they are correctly packed in the original packaging and are in saleable condition. A re-stocking charge of £15+ V.A.T. will apply.
